The top of the range model, amrap M3. A semi automatic with custom programmable wrap cycles.

The amrap M3 has sophisticated electronics and designed to have minimal operator supervision. After tying the film to the pallet the M3 does the rest.

It has a quiet operation with a specially designed lifting mechanism. With the inclusion of a photoelectric eye that reads the height of the pallet, the M3 is specially designed to interrupt the wrapping program at any time to engage different operations such as banding or variable mast speed without affecting the continuation of wrap.

The variable mast speed, gives you the option to change the film overlap whilst the machine is operating. The banding facility allows more film to be placed in areas that need more support, and a pause switch is also included so top sheets may be applied.

The film carriage has a pre-stretch roller for greater film economy, and high tension wrapping for perfect presentation.

The rugged yet simple design eliminates the need for costly maintenance programs. Machine availability is kept to a maximum as only a simple annual lubrication is required.

The amrap M3 can be ordered with the following extended specifications:

• Extra long base frame (To accommodate pallets up to 2m wide.)
• 2000 Kg load rating (This enhancement is fitted with extra heavy duty rotating table and gearbox)
• Variable speed turntable (This enables the operator to to adjust wrap speeds according to loads, and also provide for "soft start" where unsteady loads are present)
• Top platen support (For extremely light loads).
