The M3 P.P.S. and M4 P.P.S. have all the existing features of the M3 and M4 semi-automatic machines plus the inclusion of a power pre-stretch film carriage with powered pre-stretch rollers giving more flexibility to wrapping requirements. Wrapping very light pallet loads is achieved by the unique action of the power roller head being able to feed the stretch film very lightly onto the load, yet because the film has been pre-stretched, (gearing from 150-250% of higher) the load is then secured by the 'memory' action of the film (returning to it's unstretched state). Heavier loads can be tightly wrapped further by the use of the force to load control which has infinite variation. Power pre-stretched also offers greater economy of film usage giving the maximum cost effective solution to every pallet load. Machines can also be manufactured for hazardous areas to flameproof compliance. Machines can be made in all "Stainless Steel" for hose down or in corrosive atmospheres. |
